The Poppy Appeal runs year around with particular emphasis during the November Remembrance period. Proceeds assist veterans and families with wellbeing assistance, accommodation and support services.

The poppy has become the enduring symbol of the human cost of war.

DONATE TO THE POPPY APPEAL

Your donation allows the RSL to provide services to our current and former service men and women, and their families. Examples include:

  • ​Crisis accommodation for at risk veterans

  • Financial assistance for families in need - grocery vouchers, bill payment

  • Health and wellbeing programs

  • Cost of training course fees

  • Assistance with accessing benefits and entitlements from military service
