CURRENT ENACTED BY-LAWS UNDER MEMBER REVIEW
The following By-Laws have been enacted by the State Board, subject to Member approval at the ASBC, 18 May 2024.
By-Law N7 replaces By-Law 14 and 15; By-Law N8 replaces By-Law 16, 17, 18 and 19; By-Law N9 replaces By-Law 9; By-Law N12 replaces By-Law 12 and 13.
By-Law N3 replaces By-Law 1, 2, 3 and 6. By-Law N11 (Establishment and Management of Chapters) has been withdrawn.
Due to their enactment, these By-Laws have been incorporated into the State By-Laws pack above
