RSL REMEMBRANCE WALKS 2025
The Fort to Fort Walk Remembrance Walk along Adelaide’s shorefront on Sunday 2nd November, between Fort Largs and Fort Glanville is a social activity fundraising event to support veteran wellbeing through the RSL Reach Out Service.
The Port to Port Remembrance Walk at Victor Harbor is planned for Saturday 8th November.

KOREAN WAR CESSATION SERVICE 25/7/25
On Friday 25th July a service to commemorate the 1953 cessation of Korean War hostilities was conducted in the Drill Hall at the Torrens Parade Ground.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE 29/6/25
The 107th Annual RSL SA/NT/Broken Hill Sub-Branch Conference was held today at the Torrens Training Depot, with Sub-Branch representatives from regional and metropolitan areas, and interstate. Proceedings began with the conference opened by Her Excellency the Governor.

ABORIGINAL VETERANS COMMEMORATION 30/5/25
Meredith Burgess, Acting State President, represented the RSL at the Aboriginal Veterans Commemoration at the Torrens Parade Ground.
In bright Adelaide sunshine, the service was attended by Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten, invited guests, ADF representatives, veterans, families, and school students. A Royal Australian Air Force P-8A Poseidon aircraft performed a flyover, to the audience's delight.
VE DAY 80th ANNIVERSARY
On 8th May RSL South Australia conducted a Victory in Europe 80th anniversary service to mark the end of the war with Nazi Germany.
Set at the WW2 Wall of Remembrance alongside the SA National War Memorial, Adelaide, it was attended by Her Excellency the Governor and Mr Bunten, Service Chiefs, veterans, invited guests, the public and students from Annesley Junior School.
RSL MEAO SCOPING STUDY
Late last year, RSL Australia announced a ground-breaking initiative to assess the impacts on Australian veterans of service in our armed forces between 2002 and 2021, particularly in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The RSL has already received its first progress report from the research consortium that shows the project is progressing well and is on time www.rslaustralia.org/research

Our wonderful Patron, Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, officially launched our RSL Reach Out Wellbeing Program.
His Majesty King Charles the Third
His Majesty King Charles III has accepted patronage of the Returned & Services League of Australia (RSL). This continues the RSL’s long association with the monarchy, following on from the more than 70-year patronage of the League by the King’s mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II.
