State By-Law, Clause 7 has had a minor alteration which is highlighted in the linked document.
Summary of Changes: removing the requirement to post the notice of meeting/request for nominations (known as Election Notice) to those service members without a valid email address, reverting to the method of Sub-Branch displaying the member notice in their notice boards. Service Members with valid email addresses will still receive the notice using this method.
Postal ballots will still be sent to members without email addresses to ensure they can cast their very important vote, should a vote be required.
